Oxford United has announced a new front of shirt sponsor for the upcoming season. The club has revealed that Baxi, a manufacturer of heating and hot water solutions, will be the sponsor.

Baxi, founded in Preston in 1866, offers products such as boilers, air source heat pumps, and hot water cylinders for home heating and hot water needs. This sponsorship deal is a record one for United, and the Baxi logo will be prominently displayed on the front of the shirts when the team faces Norwich City in the opening game of the Sky Bet Championship season.

Fans will have the opportunity to pre-order the home shirt featuring the Baxi logo online starting from Sunday. The shirts are expected to be available in the club shop by the week commencing August 19th. Additionally, Baxi is offering fans who purchased the shirt without the sponsor the chance to have the logo applied for free at the club shop between August 19th and September 19th.

According to a statement released by the club, United will also be unveiling their away and third kits soon. It is worth mentioning that Baxi has a history of sponsorship in football, as they previously sponsored Preston North End and even owned the club from 1994 to 2002.
