Glasgow’s Newest Food Spot Draws Crowds of Hungry Foodies

Hungry foodies were pictured queuing up to try out Glasgow’s newest and ‘viral’ food spot last month. Shot ‘N’ Roll, an ‘award-winning’ and Noughties pop-punk inspired coffee and bakery chain, opened in the St Enoch’s centre in December 2024. The food joint is known for its speciality coffee and hand-rolled cinnamon rolls. Currently, the eatery has five sites across Scotland after a ‘rapid expansion’ since its launch just over a year ago. The coffee chain said their brand-new kiosk in the leisure facility is located on the ground floor directly outside H&M and Schuh. Following its opening late last year, the food spot has since shared a picture of its ‘huge queue’ on its ‘launch weekend’ – which took place on December 21 and December 22. Several punters could be seen lined up at the stall as they waited to get their hands of the venues goodies. Mike Henderson, marketing manager at Shot ‘N’ Roll said: “After being continually flooded with requests online, we are very excited to now bring SHOT ‘N’ ROLL to Glasgow – it was just a matter of time! “We were blown away at the huge queues and reaction to opening in the St Enoch Centre.”
