SLUG & Lettuce has reopened in Glasgow after a significant investment. The cocktail bar chain has welcomed customers to its new location on West George Street, replacing the former Missoula venue.
The bar is known for its boozy brunches and had previously operated on St Vincent Street before closing earlier this year for student accommodation. With a £837,000 investment, the new location features VIP areas with comfortable sofa seating, tables with a pink terrazzo style finish, and a cocktail masterclass area cleverly disguised as a glamorous dresser unit.
Outside, a stunning disco ball arch greets visitors at the entrance on West George Street. The bar will stay open until 3 am on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and customers can enjoy a 50% discount on cocktails from Monday to Thursday.
In addition to the revamped Slug & Lettuce, the venue also provides direct access to the PopWorld nightclub upstairs, which has also undergone renovations for its grand reopening.
General manager Hollie McKenzie expressed her excitement about bringing Slug & Lettuce back to Glasgow with a fresh and modern look. She mentioned that the St Vincent Street location was very popular, and they are looking forward to offering a new and improved experience in the heart of the city.
The bar is famous for its boozy brunch offerings available throughout the week, and the stylish new décor is expected to create the perfect ambiance for brunch in Glasgow. Customers are eagerly invited to visit the new location and enjoy good food, good drinks, and good times.
With its updated look and prime city center location, Slug & Lettuce is poised to become a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike. The combination of trendy design elements, discounted cocktails, and access to the renovated PopWorld nightclub promises a memorable experience for patrons looking to unwind and socialize in style.
