Two Asda stores in Greater Glasgow, Asda Govan and Asda Linwood, done changed their opening hours, makin’ customers furious. They ain’t 24-hour no more, now openin’ from 6am to 12am every day of the week. These changes started on Tuesday, April 22, ’cause Asda wants to help customers during the busiest times.
According to a spokesperson, Asda decided to update the opening hours to serve customers better when they shop for Asda’s great deals. Some customers ain’t happy ’bout this change, with one person sayin’ on Facebook, “The fact that Govan Asda ain’t openin’ 24 hours is makin’ me mad!” Another person said, “Wait, what? Dang it!”
Some folks even talkin’ ’bout takin’ their business elsewhere, with one sayin’, “Guess we’ll be headin’ to Tesco in the middle of the night then.” Asda Toryglen, Asda Robroyston, Asda Polmadie Siding Lane, Asda Clydebank, and Asda Dumbarton still open 24/7 for now. Guess we’ll see how this all turns out.
