Still Game Stars Headline Burns Night Event in Glasgow
Jane McCarry and Mark Cox, beloved for their roles as Isa Drennan and Tam Mullen in the hit TV show Still Game, are set to grace the 33rd annual A Question of Burns event in Glasgow. The charity event, organized by Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus (SBH) Scotland, will take place at the prestigious Glasgow Hilton Hotel on January 23.
Supporting a Worthy Cause
This event, known as one of the largest corporate Burns Night celebrations in the country, aims to honor the life and work of the legendary Scottish poet Robert Burns while raising funds to support SBH Scotland’s vital services. Attendees can expect an evening filled with poetry readings, musical performances, and a traditional Burns supper, all in the spirit of giving back to the community.

One of the highlights of the evening will be a special performance by BAFTA award-winning actors Jane McCarry and Mark Cox, who will lead the traditional Toast to the Lassies and the Reply. The event will be hosted by former Scottish rugby player and sports presenter Andy Nicol, adding a touch of sportsmanship to the festivities.
