An airline has introduced new flights and holiday packages from Glasgow to sunny destinations.
easyJet’s first flight from Glasgow Airport to Lanzarote began on Sunday, October 27 and will run on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights to Fuerteventura started on Wednesday, October 30 and will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
These new services to the Canary Islands aim to offer more winter sun options for Scottish customers seeking warm weather relaxation throughout the year.
All easyJet holiday packages include flights, a hotel stay, 23kg luggage, and transfers for beach vacations.
Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, expressed excitement about the new routes, stating that they provide Scottish travelers with more travel opportunities to explore beautiful beach destinations during the winter season.
Mark Beveridge, the managing director of Glasgow Airport, also welcomed the new routes, emphasizing the increased travel options for passengers to popular sun and city destinations.
